One of the pleasures I derive from having this website, if you can call it that, is reading other websites and seeing how they interact. One person will write something very offhand and another person will pick it up and run with it. You can see, for example, what started as a comment conversation on ties after Col. Blimpish posted a picture meant to showcase his GOP pin was exapanded into a discussion on ties. This then lead to Mr. Outer Life commenting on having a tie askew as a sign a rakishness. Mr. Soames, Esq. then points us to an article by Taki on sloppy dress.
