Your humble host has been felled by a chest cold of some sort, which has dampened his holiday spirit. But if there was one thing that could cheer him up, it would be this.
Courtesy of YouTube, the Carpenter's Christmas Special of 1978 in its entirety. Check out the third for Merry Christmas, Darling. Video and sound not the best, but it does the trick.
Have a blessed Christmas.
Are you feeling better yet?

I don't know how you feel, but anyone who'd post anything by the Carpenters is obviously very sick.
And absent any musical taste whatsoever.

I am not going to dignify that un-American attack with a response. I, sir, am a patriot.

But are you feeling better yet?

A patriot you may be, but tasteless you most certainly are.

Sorry you're not feeling well. If you lived closer I'd send over some comfort food like my mac and cheese. Everyone loves it.

Oh yes, everyone Mrs C serves that mac and cheese to just loves it. It has a special secret ingredient that gives it a great spicey kick! It's really delicious.
